Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at rabelkart@gmail.com.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label.
  • A continuous unboxing video showing the package being opened from the sealed condition until the product is fully visible. The video must clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the product.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Once we verify the issue, we'll arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please request a return first. Once the return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
